银杏叶片联合硝苯地平片对高血压患者血栓前状态相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究银杏叶片联合硝苯地平片对高血压患者血栓前状态相关指标的影响。方法：选择枣阳市第-人民医院2014年5月～2015年6月收治的80例高血压患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组40例。实验组患者给予银杏叶片联合硝苯地平片治疗：口服硝苯地平片10～20mg，-日3次；口服舒血宁片，每日3次，每次2片，连续服用2个疗程。对照组仅口服硝苯地平片10～20mg，-日3次，连续服用2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、血液流变学指标及血栓前状态分子标志物的变化。结果：治疗前，两组各项指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后，两组收缩压、舒张压水平均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05），但实验组较对照组降低更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后，实验组、对照组高切全血黏度（MH）、低切全血黏度（ML）、血浆黏度（MP）以及红细胞沉降率（ESR）水平均较治疗前明显降低（P均〈0．05），实验组红细胞聚集指数（AI）较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．05），且实验组各项指标较对照组降低更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后，两组患者血管性血友病因子（vWF）、血小板a颗粒膜蛋白（GMP）、D二聚体（D—dimer）以及凝血酶原激活物抑制剂-1（PAI-1）的水平均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．05），但实验组降低均较对照组更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：银杏叶片联合硝苯地平片能显著降低高血压患者的血压、血液流变学指标及血栓前状态分子标志物水平，疗效明显。Objective： To explore the influence of ginkgo leaf tablets combining with nifedipine tablets on relevant inde- xes of prethrombotic state in hypertension patients. Method： A total of 80 patients with hypertension were selected and ran- domly divided into study group and control group （n=40）. Patients in experiment group were given ginkgo leaf tablets combi- ning with nifedipine tablets, while patients in control group were given nifedipine tablets. Changes in blood pressure, hemody- namie indexes, and molecular markers of prethrombotic state before and after treatment were compared. Results： Before treat- ment, no significant difference in systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, hemodynamic indexes, VWF, GMP, D-dimer and PAI-1 levels between the two groups were not significant （P〉0.05）; while after treatment, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure levels, hemodynamic indexes（MH, ML, MP, HCT, ESR, AI）, vWF, GMP, D-dimer and PAI-1 levels in both groups were obvi-ously lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. And decrease in systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, MH, Mix, MP, ESR, VWF,GMP,D-dimer and PAI-1 levels in the study group were significant obvious than that in the control group （P all〈 0.05）. Conclusion.. For hypertensive patients, Ginkgo leaf tablets combining with nifedipine tablets can significantly improve the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, reduce the levels of hemodynamic indexes and levels of molecular markers of pre- thrombotic state indicating it is an effective treatment for the disease.
