MMP-2、MVD及MEK-2在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶2（MMP-2）、微血管密度（MVD）、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶上游激活酶（MEK-2）在子宫内膜异位症的临床表达及意义。方法：选择2008年9月1日～2014年12月18日在我院妇产科行手术治疗的42例子宫内膜异位症患者，术中将异位内膜取出设置为异位内膜组。取上述42例子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜，将其设置为在位内膜组。选择同期在我院妇产科行手术治疗的34例子宫肌瘤患者，取其正常的子宫内膜作为正常内膜组。测定、评估3组MMP-2、MVD、MEK-2的临床表达，并进行统计学分析。结果：异位内膜组的MVD值均明显高于在位内膜组和正常内膜组（P均〈0．05）。正常内膜组织中MEK-2、MMP-2表达主要以阴性及弱阳性为主，异位内膜以及在位内膜则100％表达为阳性。异位内膜中MEK-2、MMP-2的表达强度最高，在位内膜次之，正常内膜的表达强度最低（P〈0．05）。结论：MMP-2、MEK-2在异位内膜中均呈现出高表达，MVD值在异位内膜中升高，探讨MMP-2、MVD、MEK-2在子宫内膜异位症的临床表达，有助于进一步明确本病的发病机理，指导临床诊断和治疗。Objective： To investigate Matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2）, Microvessel density（MVD）, Mitogen-acti- vated protein kinase-2（MEK-2） expression and clinical significance of endometriosis. Methods.. A total 42 cases of endometrial endometriosis patients were selected in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology from September 1, 2008 to December 18, 2014, who were taken to surgery. Endometriosis were removed during surgery as ectopic group. 42 examples of the above-described patients with endometriosis eutopic were taken out as the eutopic group. A total 34 cases of patients with uterine fibroids were selected in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology over the same period, who were taken to surgery. Normal endometriums were taken as the normal endometrium. Expression of MMP-2, MVD, MEK-2 of three groups was detected. Results： MVD in ec- topic endometrium group were significantly higher than those in eutopic and normal endometrium （P〈0.05）. The expressionof ectopic endometrium MEN-2 and MMP-2 were the highest, followed by the reign of endometrium, the expression of normal endometrium were the lowest. Differences between groups were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion.. MMP-2, MVD, MEK-2 in ectopic endometrium both show high expression, and investigation of MMP-2, MVD, MEK-2-clinical ex- pression in endometriosis can help to further clarify this disease pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and treatment.
