摘  要:以不同生态类型茎瘤芥品种“冬榨1号”“余缩1号”为材料,对种子进行不同时长的低温处理(0d、7d、14d、21d),旨在探讨低温对茎瘤芥植株生长的影响及其加代繁殖的可能性。结果表明,随低温处理时间的延长出现开花期植株株高增加、叶片减少、叶面积减少、结籽数少等特点;同时,长时间低温处理可促进植株提早开花结籽,不同类型茎瘤芥品种表现一致,“冬榨1号”与“余缩1号”最适低温处理时间分别为14d与21d,在此低温处理条件下一年可比常规多繁育一代种子。In order to investigate the effects of low temperature on the growth of stem mustard and the possibility of its adding-generation reproduction, effects of different length of time (0d. 7d. 14d. 21d) of cold treatment to seed on mustard tube adding-generation reproduction were discussed,with different ecological type of stem mustard variety "Nol DongZha","Nol YuSuo"as the materials. The results showed that long time cold treatment promoted the flowering plants height and reduced the number of leaves and seeds. At the same time, long time cold treatment improved the plant Blossom and bear fruit. Different types of stem mustard varieties showed consistent. The optimal time of cold treatment for "Dongzha NO. l","Yu Suo No. 1"were 14d and 2 l d. Under the condition of optimal low temperature, it can be more than one generation of conventional breeding.
