生态文明视角下的“美丽城镇”评价指标体系构建——以浙江温州为例

摘　　要：文章阐明了建设“美丽城镇”的背景意义，从生态文明视角下界定“美丽城镇”的概念内涵，采用频率统计法、层次分析法和专家咨询法等方法，从生态人居之美、生态环境之美、生态经济之美和生态文化之美四个维度构建生态型“美丽城镇”的评价指标体系，并提供“美丽指数”计算方法，为进一步创建“美丽城镇”提供参考依据。This paper clarifies the background and significance of the construction of ＂beautiful town＂ and defines the concept of ＂beautiful town＂ from the perspective of ecocivilization. Then the evaluation index system of ecological ＂beautiful town＂ is built from the view of ecological living, ecological environment, ecological economy and ecological culture. In the end, the calculating method of ＂beautiful index＂ is provided as a reference.
