摘　　要：目的:探讨复治菌阳肺结核中医证候演变规律。方法:收集206例复治菌阳肺结核患者治疗第1天、第14天、第30天的常见中医症状、体征及舌脉信息,采用Epidata3.02软件建立证候数据库,SPSS 13.0软件进行描述性分析。结果:在症状分布特征方面,初始阶段以肺部症状为主,中末期逐渐出现脾气亏虚和肾气不足的表现,舌暗在整个病程中出现的频次较多;在证候演变方面,在初始阶段仍以阴虚火旺证型为主,痰瘀互结型在一部分患者中表现的比较明显;在中期阶段患者的证型以亏虚为主,尤其是脾气受损的患者逐渐增多;在末期阶段虚损脏腑较多,涉及肺、脾、肾,围绕此3脏的证型较多。Objective：To inspect the developing law of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndromes in patients of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis with Smear-positive. Methods：Observe 206 cases of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis with Smear-positive, collect the information about the common TCM symptoms, signs, tongue and pulse at 1st day, 14st day, 30st day during the treatment. Establish TCM syndromes database via Epidata 3.02, and descriptively analyze the data via SPSS 13.0. Result：From the symptoms distribution and characteristics aspect, the patients primarily appeared the pulmonary symptoms at the initial stage. And at the mid and final stage, the patients gradually appeared syndromes of deficiency of spleen qi and kidney qi. The symptoms of purple tongue occurred frequently during the whole process. From the syndromes developing aspect, at the initial stage, most of the patients still appeared the syndromes of efficiency ofyin together with excessive internal heat, some appeared intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. At the mid stage, the patients primarily appeared deficiency, and the patients of spleen qi deficiency especially increased. And at the final stage, most of the patients appeared deficiency of zang fu organs, primarily involved in lungs, spleen and kidneys.
