摘 要:随着载流能力的不断提高和生产成本的逐渐降低,高温超导YBCO带材在未来高温超导电力装置中具有广泛的应用前景。对磁性基底YBCO带材在平行和垂直DC外场下的交流损耗进行了测量,并研究了磁性基底的磁饱和和磁记忆特性对其交流损耗的影响。实验结果表明,平行外场和垂直外场分别大于240Gs和450Gs时,带材的交流损耗降至最低。除此之外,实验还发现,撤掉垂直外场后,带材在较小的载流范围内,仍能保持较低的交流损耗。With the increasing of current carrying capacity and decreasing of production cost, HTS YBCO tape will become a promising choice in the future HTS power devices. In this paper, the transport AC losses of YBCO tape with magnetic substrate were measured in DC parallel and perpendicular magnetic field, respectively, and the influence of magnetic saturation and magnet- ic history on AC loss was studied and analyzed. The experimental results showed that the minimum value of AC loss appeared as the DC field reached to around 240Gs and 450Gs for parallel and perpendicular external field respectively. In addition, we found that when DC perpendicular magnetic field was turned off,the tape could still keep relatively low AC loss at the range of low cur- rents.
