甲状腺过氧化物酶和半乳糖凝集素-3在甲状腺微小乳头状癌组织的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测甲状腺微小乳头状癌（PTMC）和周围良性组织中的甲状腺过氧化物酶（TPO）和半乳糖凝集素-3（Galectin-3）的水平，对比PTMC与甲状腺良性疾病的临床特征，探讨TPO、Galectin-3等标志物的应用价值。方法选取PTMC患者和甲状腺良性疾病患者各60例，采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测PTMC组织和良性组织中Galectin-3和TPO蛋白的表达。结果91．7％PT—MC癌组织中的Galectin-3表达为强阳性，TPO则不表达；甲状腺良性病组织中的Galectin-3表达缺失，而98．3％的TPO表达正常。PTMC与甲状腺良性疾病组织中Galectin-3和TPO蛋白表达的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论甲状腺微小乳头状癌组织中的Galectin-3高表达、TPO低表达与癌症病症的发展过程明显相关。Objective To detect the levels of thyroid peroxidase （TPO） and galectin -3 in thy- roid papillary microcarcinoma （PTMC） and adjacent benign tissues, and investigate the clinical character- istics of papillary thyroid micmcarcinoma and benign thyroid disease, and explore the applied values of TPO and galectin - 3. Methods Sixty cases of PTMC and 60 cases of benign thyroid disease were selected separately. The expression of galectin - 3 and TPO proteins in PTMC and benign tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of galectin - 3 was strongly positive in 91.7% PTMC patients, but TPO was not expressed. The expression of galectin - 3 in patients with benign thyroid disease was absent, and the expression of TPO was normal in 98. 3% TPO patients. There was significant difference in the TPO and galectin -3 protein expression between PTMC and benign thyroid disease （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The high expression of galectin - 3 and low expression of TPO in PTMC were significantly related to the development of cancer.
