摘  要:骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)具有分化为骨和软骨的能力,其治疗功能源于他们能分泌大量的生物活性分子,这些分子参与免疫调节、抗细胞凋亡、抗炎、促血管生成、细胞趋化、以及刺激组织再生等。促红细胞生成素(EPO)具有神经营养和神经保护的作用,不仅能有效动员BMSCs向脊髓损伤部位迁移,同时还可以促进其表达脑源性神经营养因子和神经生长因子来加快运动神经功能的恢复。本文阐述EPO动员BMSC治疗脊髓损伤的作用机制的研究进展,提高对干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的认识。Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have the ability to differentiate into bone and cartilage, the treatment function derives from their ability to secrete a large number of bioactive molecules, these molecules participate in immune - regulation, apoptosis resistance, anti - inflammatory, promoting angiogenesis, cell chemotaxis, and tissue regeneration, etc. Erythropoietin (EPO) has neurotrophic and neuroprotective effect, it can not only effectively mobilize BMSCs migrating to spinal cord injury, but also promote the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor and nerve growth factor and speed up the recovery of neural function. The article illustrates the research progress of the mechanism in the mobilization of BMSCs by EPO to treat spinal cord injury, improve the understanding of stem cell transplantation to treat spinal cord injury.
