摘  要:通过探究一种间歇光照制度下(9L∶4D∶3L∶8D)蛋鸡生产性能的变化和采食频次的规律,为密闭式鸡舍制定合理的光照管理制度提供依据。试验以笼养京红商品蛋鸡为对象,将4个密闭式鸡舍的282只蛋鸡分为两组,每组设两个重复,间歇光照组施以9L∶4D∶3L∶8D的光照处理,对照组施以16L∶8D的光照处理。对试验蛋鸡的产蛋率、采食量以及持续采食时间在1 min以内的采食频次进行统计。结果表明:间歇光照对蛋鸡的产蛋率和采食量并无显著性影响,而在间歇暗期开灯后2 h内处理组1 min内的采食频次显著高于对照组,弥补了间歇暗期缺少的采食量。说明此种间歇光照制度对维持蛋鸡生产性能和节约25%的光照能源具有实用价值。To provide a theoretical basis for developing a reasonable lighting management system for closed house,this paper was to investigate the change of production performance and the law of feeding frequency of layers during the late period of laying cycle treated with intermittent lighting program(9L∶4D∶3L∶8D for treatment group)and the standard lighting program(16L∶8D-for control group). 282 Jinghong layers in four houses were divided into two groups with two replicates per group,then the laying rate,feed intake,feeding time and feeding frequency within one minute was recorded and calculated. The results were as follwos:there was no significant difference in laying rate and feed intake between treatment group and control group. And the feeding frequency within 1 minute in treatment group(above 35 times on average)was significantly higher than that in control group(above 10 times on average)after a 4-hour darkness. Although the lighting in treatment group was 4 hours which was fewer than that in control group,the hens in treatment group could take in food more quickly after a temporary darkness to make up the lack of feed intake. It was concluded that this intermittent lighting program could maintain production performance and make a 25% saving in lighting cost.
