开环式微创痔上黏膜切除吻合术(TST)与外切内扎术治疗痔疮临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨开环式微创痔上黏膜切除吻合术（TST）与外切内扎术治疗痔疮临床效果。方法选取2013年3月~2014年7月我院肛肠科收治100例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用TST与外切内扎术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%明显高于对照组88.00%总有效率,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均少于对照组,两组间各值比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组并发症总发生率为8.00%明显低于对照组24.00%发生率,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论开环式微创痔上黏膜切除吻合术治疗混合痔可减轻患者创伤,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗效果,具有显著临床治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effects between tissue-selecting therapy and Milligan-Morgan surgery on hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids from March 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,treated by tissue-selecting therapy or Milligan-Morgan surgery respectively.The clinical effects, operative time, blood loose, length of stay and complications rate werecompared between two groups.Results The clinical effective rate in observation group was 98.00% which was significantly higher than 88.00% in control group（P0.05）. The operative time, blood loose, length of stay in observation group were significantly less than those in control group（P0.05）. The complications rate in observation group was 8.00% which was significantly higher than 24.00% in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Tissue-selecting therapy can reduce the trauma and complications improve clinical effects of mixed hemorrhoids patients makes it worth for clinical popularize.
