摘  要:基于昆明滇池沉积层结构特征多元化、软硬不均、渗透性多样、含水丰富且规律预见性差等特点,提出土压平衡式液压盾构机的选型及盾构参数。提出了管片尺寸及盾构直径的合理取值。在此基础上,提出了最大掘进速率、平均掘进速率等掘进参数取值,提出了较完善的液压盾构机机械性能参数取值,包括刀盘驱动参数、盾构机千斤顶参数、螺旋机出渣驱动参数。特别提出了液压驱动装备动力。结合昆明地层特点及所提参数,总结了昆明地铁施工中每环实际出土体积和注浆量,保证了正常盾构施工。Based on the properties of kunming Dianchi lake sedimentary, such as structure diversity, uneven hardness, various permeability, water cut and regularity of preliminary characteristics, the selecting method of shield machine and its construction parameters are put forward. It is suggested that the earth-pressure-balance shield with hydraulic driving should be selected for Kunming metro. The segment size and the reasonable value of the diameter of the shield are then brought out. Based on these, the biggest digging rate, average digging rate and other tunne- ling parameters are suggested. Mechanical properties of the hydraulic shield machine are summarized in this paper, including cutter disc drive parameters, jack parameters of shield machine, screw machine slag drive parameters. Especially, the special hydraulic equipment power is put forward. Combining with the characteristics of strata in Kunming and the proposed parameters, each ring in Kunming subway construction is summarized in the actual unearthed volume and grouting quantity, to ensure the normal shield construction.
