摘  要:一种处理酸泥的冶炼新工艺是用富氧侧吹熔炼炉和富氧侧吹还原炉代替传统技术中使用的烧结机和密闭鼓风炉,同时在熔炼过程中加入硫铁矿使物料在炉内完全达到自热,熔炼炉产生的烟气能够满足制酸要求。该工艺改善了传统技术中存在的高焦率、烟气含硫低、大量返尘及高能耗等问题,具有可行性及潜在市场。Sintering machine and imperial smelting furnace used in conventional technology were replaced by oxygen-enriched side blown smelting furnace and oxygen-enriched side blown reduction furnace in new smelting process for treatment of acid mud. By adding pyrite during smelting, the materials can maintain auto-thermal situation in furnace, and the flue gas produced in smelting furnace can meet the requirement of acid-making. The technology solves the problems existed in the conventional technologies, such as high coke rate, low sulfur content in flue gas, large amounts of dust return and high energy consumption, and has feasibility and potential market.
