普通高校大学生体育能力的发展规律研究

摘　　要：运用专家访谈法、特尔菲法、问卷调查法等方法,对安徽省10所普通高校大学生的体育能力展开研究.结果表明:1)大学生体育能力结构主要有形态与机能、锻炼能力、认知能力、鉴赏能力、组织管理与创新能力等构成;2)大学生四年中,一年级体育能力最弱,二年级表现最好,三年级和四年级开始下滑,但整个大学期间的体育能力呈现上升趋势;3)各能力发展特征:形态指标是稳中缓升,机能指标是稳中有升,锻炼能力呈现先升后降,认知能力随着年级上升而升高,鉴赏能力与大学生体育知识和信息量成正相关,组织管理能力在大二表现最好,创新能力提升最为薄弱.通过RSR检验法检验后发现,大学生体育能力发展呈现倒"U"型特征.The methods such as empirical selection method,delphi method and questionnaire method are adopted in the paper to conduct the research on the sports ability of the students from ten colleges and universities in Anhui Province.The results indicate that the structure of college students＇ sports ability is mainly composed of morphology,function,physical exercise ability,sports cognitive ability and other sports ability,among which physical exercise ability weighs largest.During the four years of college life,there exist the differences in the development of college students＇ sports ability.It is shown that the sports ability of the freshmen is the poorest while the sports ability of sophomores is the best;the sports ability starts to fall when the students are in the third and the forth year of the college,but the students＇ sports ability throughout the college keeps rising,among which the morphology index is steady and rising slowly,the exercise ability rising at first and then falling,and the sports cognitive ability keeps going up as they move to the higher grade.It can be seen that sports appreciation ability is closely related to the college students＇ knowledge and information about P.E.,the students performed best in sports organization and management ability when they are in the second year at college and the innovation ability is the weakest part in the structure of college students＇ sports ability.After the test with RSR method,it is found that the college students＇ sports ability presents an inverse-U shape.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding suggestions to help solve the existing problems in the cultivation of the college students＇ sports ability.
