丛生蛋白在肾远曲小管的表达及其与肾结石关系的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Clusterin在肾脏远曲小管的表达与肾结石的关系。方法用免疫组化方法检测肾结石患者及对照组肾脏组织切片中clusterin表达情况,并作比较分析。结果 Clusterin在肾结石组及对照组肾远曲小管均有阳性表达,45例肾结石组患者平均表达强度评分为190.73±80.00,38例对照组为97.76±63.57,肾结石组表达强度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论clusterin表达于肾远曲小管,在肾结石患者中表达明显增强,提示肾远曲小管损伤与肾结石的形成有关。Objective To investigate the relation between clusterin expression in renal distal tubule and kidney stones. Methods The clusterin expression in renal tissues was detected with immunohistochemical assays m patients with kidney stones and controls. Results Positive expressions were detected in both nephrolithiasis group and controls. The mean clusterin score in nephrolithiasis and control＇ samples was 190.73 ±~ 80.00 and 97.76 ±63.57. respectively. Patients with kidney stones had a significantly higher mean clugterin score than controls （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Clusterin expression can be detected in renal distal tubule, and the expression intensity in nephrolithiasis group is significantly higher than in controls, which indicates the injury in renal distal tubule is related to kidney stone formation.
