乡村廉政建设中大学生村官介入困境及其对策研究——基于社会资本理论的分析

摘　　要：大学生村官不仅是转变农村发展观念,创新农村发展模式,带动农民创业氛围的经济型精英,而且更是改变农村村干部思维理念和领导方式,推动农村基层民主建设的民主型精英,然而大学生村官在发挥其民主功能面临着人情社会、身份障碍等等问题,与以信任、互惠规范、公民参与网络为内容的社会资本理论具有内在的一致性,因此为分析和解决大学生村官介入乡村廉政的问题提供全新的理论框架。College graduate village officials were not only economic elites who were changing the concept of rural development,innovating rural development model,and creating farmers＇ entrepreneurial atmosphere,but also democratic elites who was changing mindsets and organizational leadership of the rural village cadres and promoting the construction of rural grassroots democracy.However college-graduate village officials are faced with problems of human relationship in traditional Chinese culture and identity disorder.It consists with the social capital theory which was based on content of trust,reciprocity and citizen participation,thus providing a new theoretical framework for us to analyze and solve college graduate village officials＇ s intervention in rural integrity construction.
