团员青年思想政治教育的利益逻辑

摘　　要：利益是物质与精神、主观与客观相结合的产物,属于主观需要与客观条件相契合的社会价值范畴。应社会进步和思想政治教育学科发展的需求,利益不可避免地进入团员青年思想政治教育的视野。一方面,思想政治教育通过思想作用于利益,而对于团员青年思想政治教育而言,利益直接制约、影响和引领着团员青年的思想和行为,使思想政治教育不得不关注团员青年的利益;另一方面,利益与思想政治教育体系的高度融合,让利益与团员青年思想政治教育成为一场不可避免的内在遭遇。Interest, resulting from the combination of material and spirit as well as the combination of subjectivity and objectivity, belongs to the category of social value which is based on the combination of subjective demands and objective conditions. Social progress and the development of ideological and political education demand that we should absorb interest into the ideological and political education on the Chinese Communist Youth League（the C.C.Y.L.） members. On the one hand, ideological and political education affects interest through people＇s mind, and in terms of the ideological and political education on the C.C.Y.L. members, interest directly decides, influences and guides the C.C.Y.L. members＇ thoughts and behaviors, which makes the education necessarily focused on the C.C.Y.L. members＇ interest.On the other hand, the close combination of interest and ideological and political education system makes the two issues encounter inevitably.
