特警身体素质训练的关键要素分析与实施策略研究——以南京森林警察学院特警培养为例

摘　　要：特警在我国作为一个新警种,在攻坚处突的工作中担负着不可替代的重任。如何培养出真正能够胜任重担的特警是公安教育十余年来一直努力探索的重要问题之一,特别是特警身体素质的训练问题。南京森林警察学院有着近十五年特警培养历史,在公安特警教育方面处于领头羊位置。以其特警培养为例展开研究,认为特警队员的自身条件、教官的训练水平、管理水平、训练装备与场馆、营养补给、机能恢复与心理干预情况和训练时间保障在特警身体素质训练中起着关键性作用,并藉此进行了实施策略的研究。SWAT, as a new police classifieation in China, bears the responsibility in emergency. How to euhivate truly competent swat has become a heavv task for police education for more than 10 years, especially swat physical training. Nanjing Forest Police College is in the leading position and has over 15 years of＇ history of swat education, so we take it as a case studv in this paper. The study suggests that the ihetors that play a critical role in swat physical training include： physical eonditions, instruetor training level, management level, training equipment and venues, nutritional supplement, functional recovery., psychological intervention and training duration, and based on these we give the strategy for implementation.
