摘　　要：高校共青团是中国共产党正确引领青年积极成才,坚定不移走中国特色社会主义道路的管理组织;同时也是高校提高大学生素质,创造品牌文化氛围的主力军。然而在90后已成为大学生主体、"第三屏"已经占据大学生大部分生活的今天,共青团工作方式方法面临着严峻的改革挑战。作者就此课题作深入研究,创新高校共青团工作方法。Communist Youth League in universities is the frontier under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China to cultivate youth positively becoming talents and lead youth steadfastly taking the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and also the main force to improve college students＇ qualities to create branded atmosphere. However, nowadays, as the post- 90s students have become the mainstay in universities, and the third screen has occupied the majority of college students＇ daily life ,the working methods of the Communist Youth League is facing severe challenges. This paper mainly studied on the above subject to solve the current problems that are faced by the Communist Youth League.
