摘 要:目的:观察及研究乌司他丁对重症肺炎患者肺表面活性蛋白及抗炎、促炎介质的影响情况。方法:选取2014年4月~2015年5月于陕西省延安市延安大学附属医院进行治疗的54例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规重症肺炎治疗组)27例和观察组(常规治疗加乌司他丁组)27例,然后将两组治疗前与治疗后1d、3d及5d时的血清肺表面活性蛋白及抗炎、促炎介质水平进行比较。结杲:治疗前两组患者的血清肺表面活性蛋白及抗炎、促炎介质水平差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05),而治疗后1d、3d及5d观察组血清肺表面活性蛋白及抗炎、促炎介质水平均明显好于对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论:乌司他丁可有效改善重症肺炎患者的肺表面活性蛋白及抗炎、促炎介质。Objective: To observe the influence of ulinastatin on pulmonary surfactant protein and anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory mediators in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods:A total of 54 patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment of severe pneumonia group, n= 27 cases) and observation group(conventional treatment and ulinastatin group, n = 27 cases), then the serum pulmonary surfactant protein,anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory mediators of two groups before the treatment and at first,third and fifth day after the treatment were compared. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in serum pulmonary surfactant protein, anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory mediators between the two groups (P all 〉0.05), while those ser um indexes of observation group at first,third and fifth day after the treatment were all better than those of control group (P all d0.05). Conclusion: Ulinastatin can effectively improve the pulmonary surfactant protein, anti-inflammatory and pro inflammatory mediators in patients with severe pneumonia.
