摘　　要：目的：探究经皮肾镜超声吸附碎石术对感染性肾结石患者炎症介质及应激激素的影响状况。方法：选取2014年1月～2015年6月于四川绵阳四0四医院（川北医学院附属第二医院）进行治疗的62例感染性肾结石患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术）31例和观察组（经皮肾镜超声吸附碎石术组）31例，然后将两组患者治疗前与治疗后12h、24h及48h的炎症介质及应激激素血清表达水平进行比较。结果：治疗前两组患者的炎症介质及应激激素血清表达水平比较，差异无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）；治疗后12h、24h及48h观察组的血清表达水平均低于对照组，但是两组治疗后的表达水平均高于治疗前，P均〈0．05。结论：经皮肾镜超声吸附碎石术治疗的感染性肾结石患者其炎症介质及应激激素表达水平相对较低，说明其对于机体造成的损伤及不良应激控制相对更好，临床应用价值相对更高。Objective： To investigate effects of ultrasonic adsorption lithotripsy by percutaneous nephroscope on inflammation mediators and stress hormones in patients with infectious renal calculi. Methods： Sixty-two patients with infectious renal calculi from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into control group （pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy by percutaneous nephroscope group） and observation group （ultrasonic adsorption lithotripsy by percutaneous nephroscope group）, 31 eases in each group. Then the serum expression levels of inflammation mediators and stress hormones of two groups before the treatment and at 12, 24 and 48 h after the treatment were compared. Results：The se- rum expression levels of inflammation mediators and stress hormones of two groups before the treatment were compared, all P 〉0.05, and the serum expression levels of observation group at 12, 24 and 48 h after the treatment were lower than those of control group, while the expression levels of two groups after the treatment were all higher than those before the treatment, all P〈0.05, the differences were all significant. Conclusion： The inflammation mediators and stress hormones of patients with in fectious renal calculi who are treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy by percutaneous nephroscope are relatively lower, and it shows that the trauma and bad stress for the body are better controlled, so its clinical application value are relatively higher.
