摘 要:提出了"城镇化的资源环境承载力响应"概念,运用响应指数和响应度模型,对1985-2013年中国城镇化与资源环境承载力的响应关系进行实证研究,并运用相关分析和回归分析得出响应关系演变的驱动因素。结果表明:1中国城镇化综合指数不断上升,资源环境承载力综合指数呈W形变化趋势;2城镇化的资源环境承载力响应指数经历了"负响应、正响应、负响应"的演变趋势,城镇化的资源环境承载力响应度由相对保持稳定变为急剧提高;3环境支撑力下降和环境污染治理投资比重低分别是城镇化的资源环境承载力响应关系演变的重要内部驱动因素和主要驱动因素。研究为城镇化与资源环境承载力协调发展、推进新型城镇化进程提供一定的指导和借鉴。Concept model of urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity's response is established,China's urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity' relationship in 1985- 2013 is studied by using response index and responsibility model,response relationship evolution's driving factor is got by response index and responsibility model. The results show that: 1 China' s urbanization comprehensive index gradually enhance,environmental bearing capacity comprehensive index reveals a general fluctuation trend of " W". 2Urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity' s response index reveals a general fluctuation trend of "counter response,positive response and counter response",urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity' s responsibility from " relatively stable" to " sharp rise". 3 Environment support level' s decline and the proportion of investment in treatment of environmental pollution's low are urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity' s negative response' s inner driving factor and main driving factor.
