创新型都市圈协同创新体系理论框架研究

摘　　要：随着大科学、大数据时代的到来,区域经济发展越来越依赖于城市间的协同互动,都市圈日益成为区域创新发展的重要载体和平台。积极推动创新型都市圈协同创新体系建设,不仅是新时期促进区域经济持续发展的内在要求,同时也是建设创新型省份和创新型国家的有效途径。在界定了相关概念的基础上,剖析了创新型都市圈协同创新体系的基本构成,主要包括创新主体、创新要素和协同方式三个部分;并从自组织机制、耦合机制、网络驱动机制和协调机制四个方面研究了创新型都市圈协同创新体系的实现过程。With the advent of big science and big data era,the development of regional economy has become more and more dependent on the interaction among cities,metropolitan area has become a significant carrier and platform for regional innovative development. To promote the construction of the innovative metropolitan area collaborative innovation system actively,it＇s not only the inherent requirement of promoting the sustainable development of regional economy in the new period,but also the practical need of building an innovation oriented province and country. On the basis of the definition of relevant concepts,this paper analyzed the basic structure of innovative metropolitan collaborative innovation system,including the main innovation,innovative features and innovative ways. The implementation process of The Collaborative Innovation System of Innovative Metropolitan Region contains self-organization mechanism,coupling mechanism,a network drive mechanisms and coordination mechanism.
