摘　　要：针对Linux管理与应用课程教学中出现教学方法和手段传统等问题,本文重点对该课程进行了探索与创新。通过以就业为导向的教学内容的修订,引入自主学习课时的教学模式,采用远程实验的教学方法,实施以证代考的考核方式,该课程教学改革使得学生能够自主进行实践及主动探索,加深了对理论的理解的同时掌握了一定的技能。通过本课题改革有效提高学生的创新能力、动手能力和就业竞争力,为社会培养创新型、复合型人才。For teaching method and means of traditional problems in the course teaching of Linux management and application, this paper focuses on the explore and innovation of the course. Through the revision of the teaching content as the guidance of employment,introduction of autonomous learning class in teaching pattern,using the re- mote experiment teaching methods,implementation of obtaining a certificate instead of exam,this course teaching reform enables students can be independent practice and explore, be deepen the understanding of the theory, at the same time have mastered certain skills. Through this reform,we can improve the students＇ innovation ability, the a- bility and the job competition ability, and to cultivate the innovative and compound talents for the society.
