摘　　要：城乡统筹背景下,我国人口流动日益频繁,由此而产生社会养老保险基金相关主体在转移接续中利益分配的冲突问题。因此,本文试图运用Shapley值法,分析相关主体在转移过程中的不同利益考量,以期找出能够实现整体利益最大化的路径。Under the background of urban and rural harmonious, the flow of population is increasing frequently, which engenders the imbalance of the benefit distribution between the relative subject＇s benefits of social endowment insurance fund. Therefore, in order to reveal the relations between the relative subject＇s benefits, this paper probes into the construction of policy systems that can maximize the relative subject＇s benefits, by mainly using the analysis method of Shapley.
