摘  要:涡壳体是某大型运载火箭的重要部件。由于其形状复杂,壁厚差较大,铸造凝固过程易出现疏松缩孔等缺陷,铸造难度较大。设计采用了可溶性型芯形成涡形流道型腔的方案以及冷蜡块二次成形技术,制备出了涡壳体整体蜡模;采用硅溶胶陶瓷型壳,设计合理的浇注系统,确定合理的浇注工艺参数,成功浇注出了符合技术要求的涡壳体铸件。The volute casting is the essential components of large-scale freight rocket engines. Due to its complicated structure and great discrepancy of wall thickness, shrinkage porosity easily happens in casting process; therefore, it is very difficulty to produce such castings. The soluble core shape into volute rotary mould and the secondary forming technology of wax block were adopted, the wax pattern of volute for investment casting is made successfully. By using the silica sol ceramic shell technology, shell mold is made. The volute casting in accordance with some specific technological requirements is successfully obtained by reasonable designing gating system and determining pouring process.
