摘 要:在对电渣重熔特性、工艺技术、设备结构深入研究基础上,为适应高端冶金材料的规模化生产,研发制造了2 t真空电渣炉。该设备为单炉头、单工位、单相供电,炉体框架固定、炉头升降、结晶器平移模式,配置特殊耐蚀真空系统,投产运行达到了规模化生产要求。实现了电渣重熔降低氧、氢、夹杂物含量及降低高Al和Ti烧损的目的,为我国高端冶金材料生产提供了可靠装备。On the basis of study on the electroslag remelting characteristics, process technology and equipment structure, the research and development of the 2 tons of vacuum electroslag furnace was carried out to adapt the large-scale production of high-end metallurgical materials. The equipment is single furnace head, single work station, single-phase power supply, the furnace body frame, the furnace head lift, the mold shift mode, the configuration of special corrosion resisting vacuum system, which met the requirements of large-scale production in the practical production. The purpose of the decrease of oxygen, hydrogen, inclusions content and the high A1 and Ti burning loss was realized, which provides the reliable equipment for the production of high-end metallurgical materials of China.
