摘  要:基于快速铸造技术研究了不同分模工艺对拖拉机用变速箱壳体铸件质量的影响。主要采用"整体芯"和"分段芯"的分模工艺,并通过砂型加工、组型、浇注铸件对这两种工艺进行了验证。结果表明,采用"整体芯"工艺试制的变速箱壳体与"分段芯"工艺试制的变速箱壳体相比,不但试制周期相对缩短,后期组型工作量相对减少。由于型芯数量减少,使得组型的累计误差也相对缩小,从而提高了铸件的表面质量和尺寸精度。On the basis of the technology of rapid cast, the influence of different parting mould technology on the quality of transmission case casting used in tractor was studied. Primarily the parting mould technology of '“ integral core” and “ segmented core” were used, which were verified by mould fabrication, mould assembling and casting pouring. The results show that the parting mould technology of “integral core” will not only reduce the production cycle of the transmission, but also decrease the workload of mould assembling. The surface quality and the dimension precision will be increased as a result of the reduction of the core and diminution of the cumulative error in the mould assembling process.
