摘　　要：在压铸生产或新模具试模时,经常会出现铸件粘模的现象。文中详细分析了铸件粘模的原因,探讨了防止粘模的具体措施,以便更好地消除铸件粘模现象和提高压铸件质量。In die casting production or new die testing, the castings＇ sticking phenomena are often found. In this paper, the causes of the sticking die are analyzed in detail, and the concrete measures to prevent the sticking of the die are discussed for avoiding sticking and improving the quality of casting.
