摘　　要：苏莹辉先生是我国著名的敦煌学家,也是敦煌研究院的学术开创者之一。他毕生从事敦煌学的研究工作,在敦煌史地、敦煌石窟艺术、敦煌写本文献、敦煌文学、石窟考古等领域都取得了卓越成就;同时,先生还十分注重对国际敦煌学研究史的总结和介绍,并且积极撰写有关敦煌学的普及读物,对我国敦煌学的发展作出了突出的贡献。Mr. Su Yinghui was a famous Dunhuangologist in China, who have devoted himself to the research of the Dunhuang Studies. And he have made many brilliant achievements in various professional fields, such as the historical geography of Dunhuang, Dunhuang grotto art, the manuscript documentation of Dunhuang, Dunhuang literature, and archaeology. Meanwhile, he has also paid much attention to the retrospection and introduction to the research history of international Dunhuang Studies, and written some popular readings about Dunhuang Studies, thus greatly contributingto the development of the Dunhuang Studies in China.
