摘　　要：以江苏省大中型工业企业研发机构为研究对象,从行业角度出发,分析企业研发机构的建设和投入情况;在此基础上,构建基于行业视角的大中型工业企业研发机构创新效率评价体系,并结合静态和动态DEA模型对大中型工业企业研发机构的创新效率进行综合评价。Taking the R＆D institutions of large and medium industrial enterprises in Jiangsu province as the research object, this paper has analyzed the construction and investment of the enterprise R＆D institutions from the point of industry. On this basis, this paper establishes an evaluation system of the innovation efficiency of R＆D institutions of large and mediumin dustrial enterprises from the perspective of industry, and conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the innovation efficiency by the static and dynamic DEA model.
