摘　　要：大数据集成系统通过挖掘巨量信息仓储潜藏的诸多关联性,分析参与者的行为轨迹、思维模式与未来趋向,有利于革新商业模式、助力科研发展、实现个性化知识传承并改进政治生活参与方式,等等,但这一过程中逐渐暴露出分离识别侵害自由权、关联分析侵害平等权、技术垄断侵害知情权以及资源独占侵害发展权等诸多问题。亟待构建以自由储流、公平挖掘与收益共享等为核心的原则体系,实现大数据产业透明、有序与公允发展的价值回归。The big data integrative system renovates the business model, promotes scientific development, realizes individual knowledge inheritance, and improves the political participant mode, which are based on analyzing the behavioral locus, thinking model, and future trend by means of mining potential relevance in massive information database. But the course also shows infringing liberty by separating identification, infringing equality by analyzing relevance, infringing right to information by technical monopoly, infringing right to development by monopolizing sources. It needs urgently realize the recurrence of transparent, orderly, and fair value by establishing a series of principles, such as data storage and flow with freedom, data mine with fairness and shared data income, etc.
