摘 要:利用我国竹资源优势,发挥竹材人造板优良的力学性能,提出一种新型的组合结构——冷弯薄壁C型钢-竹胶板组合楼板,即两张竹胶板间按一定间距布置两根冷弯薄壁C型钢,型钢与竹胶板界面用结构黏合剂黏结。结合冷弯薄壁型钢的截面特点,通过型钢与竹板单纯胶结、自攻螺钉约束及抗侧竹板加固等组合构造方式,对6块简支的组合楼板进行抗弯性能试验,探讨组合楼板在受弯条件下的整体工作性能、破坏特征、抗弯刚度及极限承载力等。结果表明,在保证构件制作精度及黏结质量的条件下,有侧板的复合胶结型组合楼板与单纯黏胶及无侧板的复合胶结型的两种楼板相比,刚度、承载力等抗弯性能指标均有大幅提高,整体性能好,组合效应突出;根据组合楼板中钢板及竹板的荷载-应变变化,提出组合楼板刚度及承载力的力学模型及计算方法,据此得到的组合楼板挠度及承载力计算值与试验值吻合较好。In order to make good use of bamboo resource in China and to play the excellent mechanical performance of bamboo-based panels,the paper presented a new type of composite slabs consisted of two pieces of cold-formed thin-walled C-section and bamboo plywood sheathings utilizing structural adhesive. The flexural behavior tests of 6simply supported composite slabs were carried out to analyse and discuss overall performance,failure modes,bending rigidity and ultimate bending capacity,based on the connection types between bamboo plywood and steel sheet including adhesion bamboo plywood with simple steel sheet,enhanced with self-tapping screws and also with thick bamboo laths gluing on both sides of steel C-section. The results showed that the composite slabs with side-lath and enhanced with self-tapping screws have better overall performance,bending rigidity,bending capacity. Based on the load-strain curve of steel sheet and bamboo plywood within elastic range of composite slabs,this paper proposed simplified mechanical model and calculation method for bearing rigidity and bearing capacity,whose calculated values matched well with the experimental ones.
