摘 要:以龙骨间距、连接方式、室内或室外侧堆载、窗洞口为主要研究参数,FCP对9个纤维水泥压力(Fiber Cement Pressure)复合外挂墙板进行抗弯试验研究,得到了试件的荷载-挠度曲线,开裂荷载、极限承载力及挠度值。试验结果表明:FCP复合外挂墙板龙骨间距、连接方式对试件开裂荷载与极限承载力影响显著;试件在室内、外两侧堆载得到的开裂荷载、极限承载力不相同;带门窗洞口的试件挠度最大的位置不在跨中;在正常使用荷载下,试件极限承载力及挠度可以满足使用要求。Nine fiber cement pressure composite exterior wall boards were designed to research the bending capacity of the specimens,stud spacing,different connections,heap loading on interior or exterior side of the specimen were designed as the main parameters. Load-deflection curves, cracking load, ultimate bearing capacity, and the deflection of the specimen were got. The test results showed that the distance of studs and the styles of connection had significant effect on cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen. The cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity obtained from the heap loading on interior or exterior side of the specimen were different; the largest deflection of the specimen with the window did not appear at the mid-span of the specimen,and under the normal using load defined in this article,the ultimate bearing capacity and the deflection could satisfy normal using.
