摘 要:对废弃混凝土进行破碎、研磨制备再生细粉掺合料。研究不同研磨时间(60,90,120 min)再生细粉(XF60、XF90、XF120)细度、粒度分布等物理性能及活性,并分别采用圆环试验法和平板试验法研究掺有再生细粉混凝土的收缩趋势和早期开裂性能。试验结果表明:3种细粉均满足掺合料物理性质和活性基本要求,其中XF90物理性能及活性最优。再生细粉掺合料能降低混凝土收缩和开裂趋势,XF90对混凝土抗收缩开裂性能改善作用最明显。Waste concrete was crushed and milled to prepare recycled fine powder admixture. Physical properties such as fineness,particle size distribution etc. and activity of recycled fine powder( XF60,XF90,XF120) milled for different time( 60 min,90 min,120 min,respectively) were studied. Ring test method and flat plate test method were used to test early age cracking tendency of recycled fine powder concrete. Test results showed that the three kinds of powders could meet the basic requirements of physical properties and activity of admixture. XF90 showed the optimal physical performance and activity. Recycled fine powder admixture could reduce concrete shrinkage cracking tendency,of which XF90 played the most obvious role.
