摘　　要：目的探讨医院管理决策平台的设计思路和实现方法。方法通过对医院现有业务系统数据进行整合,建立病案信息数据仓库,运用统计学方法进行数据深入分析、挖掘。结果构建了基于病案信息数据仓库的医院管理决策平台,为医院管理决策提供有效、全面的数据支持。结论基于病案信息数据仓库及数据挖掘技术构建的医院管理决策平台,对提高医院科学管理水平和降低医院运营成本具有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the design and implementation of hospital management decision -making platform. Method Through the integration of the existing business system data, medical record information data warehouse were established using statistical methods for data analysis and mining. Results The hospital management decision - making platform based on the medical record information data warehouse was constructed, which provided effective and comprehensive data support for hospital management. Conclusion The hospital management decision - making platform based on medical record information data warehouse and data mining technology is effective for elevating the scientific management level and reducing hospital operating costs.
