冠心病患者外周血单核细胞热休克蛋白70与高敏C-反应蛋白的表达情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者外周血单核细胞热休克蛋白70（HSP70）与高敏c一反应蛋白（hsCRP）的表达情况。方法选择2013—02～2014—06我院接诊的162例冠心病患者进行研究。根据患者的冠状动脉造影诊断结果分为A组（急性冠脉综合征）100例和B组（稳定型心绞痛）62例。另外选择70例健康体检者作为NC组进行研究。分析比较三组患者的hsCRP的水平与HSP70的阳性表达率以及不同冠脉m管病变支数与不同病变类型患者的hsCRP的水平与HSP70的阳性表达率。结果B组患者的hsCRP水平（5．41±0．86）ng/mL明显高于A组（1．58±0．86）ng／mL和NC组（0．98±0．37），B组患者HSP70阳性表达率（77．51±23．16）％明显高于A组（43．12±16．52）％和NC组（0．24±0．34）％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；多支血管病变患者的hsCRP水平（12．13±5．83）ng/mL明显高于双支病变（6．01±3．86）ng／mL和单支病变（2．76±3．25）ng／mL，多支血管病变患者的HSP70表达率（88．16±19．66）％也明显高于双支病变（67．94±19．15）％和单支病变（46．67±23．51％），且双支血管病变患者两个指标均高于单支血管病变患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；不同病变类型患者的hsCRP水平与HSP70的阳性表达率比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；外周血单核细胞HSP70的阳性表达率与hsCRP水平有明显的正相关性，相关系数为r=0．924（P〈0．01）。结论HSP70与hsCRP可以反映冠心病的病变程度以及发病的性质。Objective To study the expression of peripheral blood mononuclear cells disease heat shock protein 70 in patients with coronary heart. Methods Choose from February 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital admissions study 162 patients with coronary heart disease, according to the results of coronary angiography divided into group A （acute coronary syndrome） and group B （stable angina）. Also select 70 healthy volunteers were studied. Three groupsthe positive expression rate of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein （hsCRP） and levels of HSPT0 were compared, and the positive expression rate of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein （hsCRP） and levels of HSP70 of different coronary vascular lesions count and different types of lesions were compared. Results The hsCRP levels and HSP70 expression rate of the B group were significantly higher than A group and NC group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the positive expression rate of high - sensitivity C -reactive protein （hsCRP） and levels of HSPT0 of different coronary vascular lesions count were compared, Muhivessel disease was significantly higher than that of double - branch and single - branch （P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive expression rate of high- sensitivity C- reactive protein （hsCRP） and levels of HSP70 of different types of lesions were compared , there was no significant difference （P 〉0.05）. The positive expression rate of peripheral blood mononuclear cells of HSP70 and hsCRPlevels have a significant positive correlation （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion HSP70 and hsCRP may reflect the severity of coronary artery disease and the onset of nature.
