摘  要:分别采用无机体系、有机体系、无机-有机复合体系对镀锡板进行钝化处理。采用硫酸铜点滴试验、电化学测试等方法检验钝化膜的性能。结果表明:钼酸盐-植酸复合钝化的效果接近铬酸盐钝化的,所得膜层平整,均匀地覆盖了镀锡板表面,起到了保护镀锡板的作用。Passivation of tin plate was carried out respectively in inorganic system, organics system and inorganic-organic composite system, and the properties of passivation films formed on tin plate were tested by copper sulfate dripping experiment, electrochemical testing and other methods. Results showed that the effect of molybdate-phytie acid compound passivation was close to chromate passivation. The formed passivation film was evenly distributed on tin plate surface, playing a protecting function to the tin plate.
