摘  要:目的观察脱细胞异体真皮联合自体薄皮混合移植在深度烧伤治疗中的应用效果。方法以我院2014年1月至2015年1月诊治的40例深度烧伤患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组各20例。研究组采用脱细胞异体真皮联合自体薄皮混合移植的方式治疗,对照组采用脱细胞异体真皮移植的方式治疗,观察两组患者烧伤部位的愈合情况以及移植皮片的存活率,在治疗半年后对患者进行随访,观察患者的皮肤愈合情况以及功能恢复情况。结果研究组移植成活率为95%(19/20),显著高于对照组的70%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3周、6周、9周,研究组的烧伤面积均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脱细胞异体真皮联合自体薄皮混合移植在深度烧伤治疗中具有较好的临床应用效果。Objective To explore the effect of intermingled transplantation of acellular allogeneic dermis combined with thin autogenic skin for the treatment of deep burn. Methods 40 cases of patients with deep burn were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received transplantation of acellular allogeneic dermis, while the study group received intermingled transplantation of acellular allogeneic dermis combined with thin autogenic skin. The healing situation of burned area, and the survival rate of grafted skin were observed. Six months after treatment, all patients were followed-up to observe the skin healing situation and functional recovery. Results The survival rate of transplantation of study group was 95%(19/20), significantly higher than 70%(14/20) of control group, with statistical difference(P〈0.05). The burned areas of study group at 3rd, 6thand 9thweek after treatment were significantly fewer than those of control group respectively, with statistical differences(all P〈0.05). Conclusions Intermingled transplantation of acellular allogeneic dermis combined with thin autogenic skin for the treatment of deep burn has significant clinical efficacy.
