摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在微创手术治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱石中的效果。方法以我院收治的120例前列腺增生伴膀胱结石患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用护理干预,分析比较两种护理方式的护理效果与患者的护理满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度为95.00%,对照组的护理满意度为75.00%;观察组的护理总有效率为95.00%,对照组的护理总有效率为73.33%;观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,对照组的并发症发生率为23.33%;以上指标组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在微创手术治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱结石中的效果显著,患者的护理满意度高,并发症少,对提高患者的生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To explore the efficacy of nursing intervention for benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder calculi treated with minimally invasive surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia accompanied with bladder calculi were selected as research subjects, and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing methods, and patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing methods. The nursing effects and patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was95.00%, significantly higher than 75.00% of control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of nursing of observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 73.33% of control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complications of observation group was 6.67%, significantly lower than 23.33% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention applied in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder calculi treated with minimally invasive surgery has significant efficacy, high nursing satisfaction, and fewer complications, and has important significance for improving patients＇ quality of life.
