摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对激光治疗早产儿视网膜病变效果的影响。方法回顾性分析2009至2012在我院进行激光治疗的视网膜病变早产儿306例,将患儿分为对照组和实验组各153例。两组患儿均进行常规的激光治疗,其中给予对照组患儿常规术后护理,给予实验组患儿优质护理服务,分析两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果实验组单次手术治愈率为94.77%,总治愈率为98.04%;对照组单次手术治愈率为86.93%,总治愈率为91.50%;两组的单次手术治愈率和总治愈率相比,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够有效提高激光治疗早产儿视网膜病变的治愈率,改善治疗效果。Objective To explore the influence of quality nursing care for retinopathy of prematurity. Methods The clinical data of306 cases of retinopathy of prematurity admitted to our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were given routine laser treatment, in addition, 153 cases of the control group received routine postoperative care, while 153 cases of the experimental group received quality nursing care. The nursing effects of two groups were analyzed. Results The cure rate of single-operation of experimental group was 94.77%, significantly higher than 86.93% of control group（P〈0.05）. The total cure rate of experimental group was98.04%, significantly higher than 91.50% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Quality nursing care can increase the cure rate and improve the curative effect of laser treatment for retinopathy of prematurity.
