摘　　要：随着社会进步和医学发展,在深化医疗改革的进程中,诊疗行为发生了一些变化,医疗服务质量也存在着一定的问题。笔者从诊疗行为的问题入手,分析存在的主要因素,探索有效的医务管理措施。Along with progress of society and development of medicine, some changes had taken place in diagnosis and treatment behavior in process of deepening medical reform, and medical service quality also existed some problems. Based on the existing problems of diagnosis and treatment behavior, the author analyzed the main factors, and explored significant medical management measures.
