摘　　要：珠江三角洲数字图书馆联盟在数字资源整合、解决信息孤岛问题,以及在服务受众范围、提高资源利用率等问题上做了很多保障措施,虽然珠江三角洲数字图书馆联盟取得了很多成绩,但是仍然面临很多挑战。通过SWOT-AHP分析法把影响珠三角联盟的因素进行了矩阵分析,给予了改进措施以及未来发展应该注意的事项。总结珠江三角洲数字图书馆联盟建设成功经验,希望借此能对其他研究人员给予启示。The Pearl River Delta DIGITAL Library Alliance carries out many protections on the integration of distal resources, solving the issue of information isolated, the scope of the service and improving the efficiency in the usage of resources.Although the Pearl River Delta Library Alliance has made a great performance, it still faces many challenges. The paper analyzed the reasons which impacted the Pearl River Delta Library Alliance, the methods to improve and the points needed to notice in the future by using the method of SWOT. This paper summarized the successful experience of construction of the Pearl River Delta Library Mliance, hoping to in spire to the other researchers.
