摘  要:为优化分数槽集中绕组电机的定子磁场波形,提出一种定子齿靴优化的方法。本文介绍了定子齿靴优化的思路及其在Maxwell 2D中实现的方法,以8槽6极表贴式单相永磁同步电动机为例,对不同齿靴优化程度的电机模型进行仿真,得到定转子磁场波,并进行傅里叶分解和气隙磁密的计算。仿真结果表明:提出的定子齿靴优化方法能有效地改善分数槽集中绕组电机的定子磁场波形,降低其谐波畸变率。本文为优化分数槽集中绕组电机的定子磁场波形提供了一定的参考依据。In order to optimize stator magnetic-field waveform of fractional-slot concentrate winding motor, the optimization method of stator tooth shoe was put forward. In this paper, the optimization thought of stator tooth shoe and its realizing way in Maxwell 2D was introduced, a case study of 8 slots 6 poles surface mounted single-phase PMSM, different tooth shoe optimization degree of motor model was simulated, magnetic-field wave of stator and rotor was achieved, Fourier decomposition was applied to those wave and air-gap flux density was calculate. The result of simulation shows that the optimization method of stator tooth shoe can improve stator magnetic-field waveform of fractional-slot concentrate winding motor and reduce its harmonic distortion effectively. This paper provided some reference for stator magnetic-field optimization of fractional-slot concentrate winding motor.
