摘 要:综合运用OM、SEM、EDS和化学成分测试等手段,对比分析了中船重工第十二研究所研制的和从欧洲进口的球墨铸铁标样(RG14)的显微组织、相组成和化学成分均匀性。结果表明:国产和进口的RG14标样的显微组织均由不同形状和尺寸的莱氏体组织和富Mg、O的颗粒相组成,进口RG14标样的显微组织为尺寸较大的蜂房状莱氏体,同时发现游离态球状石墨存在;而国产RG14标样为细小的板状渗碳体型莱氏体,没有发现游离态球状石墨相存在。利用方差分析法证明了国产RG14标样与进口RG14标样都具有良好的成分均匀性。The differences of microstructure, phase components and chemical composition of standard sample (RG14) from the twelfth Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and Imported from Europe were investigated by the optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and chemical composition test. The results show that the microstructure of both domestic and imported standard samples (RG14) are comprised of different shapes and dimension ledeburite and particle-shape phase enriching Mg and O element. The ledebrite shape of imported RG14 standard samples is bulky and honeycomb, and some spheroidal graphites are found. The ledebrite shape of domestic RG14 standard samples, however, is refinement,plate cementite and few spheroidal graphites are found. Moreover, it is proved that both domestic and imported standard samples (RG14) have good composition uniformity by chemical composition test and numerical analysis.
