摘 要:为了提高钢铁表面的耐腐蚀性,采用铸渗技术把镍粉和钛粉铸渗入45钢表面.采用SEM-EDAX和XRD等方法对铸渗层的微观组织进行研究。结果表明,铸渗层和基体冶金结合良好,其厚度为4~5mm。纯镍铸渗层主要由理-Fe和Fe3Ni2组成,钛镍铸渗层由α-Fe、Fe0.64Ni0.36和TiC组成,且TiC在晶界处富集。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the steel surface, the cast-infiltrated layer with nickel and titanium on the surface of 45# steel was achieved by infiltration casting technology. The microstructure of the cast-infiltrated layer was characterized by scanning electron microscopy equipped with an energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The results show that cast-infiltrated layer can metallurgically bond with the substrate. The thickness of the cast-infiltrated layer is 4-5 mm. Pure nickel cast-infiltrated layer is mainly composed of α-Fe and Fe3Ni2. The nickel and titanium cast-infiltrated layer is mainly composed of α-Fe, Fe0.64Ni0.36 and TiC, and TiC enrich in the grain boundaries.
