摘　　要：论述了铸态高韧性球墨铸铁件的熔炼生产。试验表明,只要合理进行成分控制、球化处理和孕育处理,能够实现铸态下批量生产大型EN-GJS-400-18U-LT标准铸件。The melting and production process for as-cast high toughness ductile cast iron was discussed. The results show that the large scale EN-GJS-400-18U-LT standard castings can be mass-produced through controlling composition, reasonable spheroidizing and inoculation process.
