摘 要:联合造型材料生产企业,对两种原砂形成的混合型砂进行了再生工艺开发。通过对再生砂拍摄显微照片、检测粒度和含泥量、三筛集中度等项目,制订了验证方案。对12 t A型再生砂和4.75 t B型再生砂用于发动机四缸主体砂芯的制芯和浇注验证。在验证时逐量减少树脂、逐步改变制芯参数的方法进行。掌握了混合型旧砂再生砂用于冷芯盒制芯的工艺参数,所生产的发动机主体砂芯质量稳定,年节约成本160万元。Combining manufacturer of plasticine, the regeneration process of the mixed sand of two original sand was developed. By shooting micrographs of recycled sand, detecting granularity and clay content, and detecting three-screen concentration, the verification program was formulated. And 12 t A type of reclaimed sand and 4.75 t B type of reclaimed sand were used for four-cylinder engine to make core and verify in pouring, in the process of validation, the content of resin was gradually reduced and the parameters of making core were gradually changed. After mastering the process parameters of mixed sand reclamation for cold-box core, the quality of produced four-cylinder engine core was stable, the cost saving was up to 1.6 million yuan per year.
