介休车务段集装箱运输管理的实践与思考

摘　　要：在分析介休车务段集装箱运输现状及存在问题的基础上,提出基于集装箱运输管理信息系统的集装箱运输管理对策,即完善集装箱作业标准,加强系统信息维护,提高集装箱装载质量,确保货物装箱安全。通过一年多的实践,介休车务段借助集装箱运输管理信息系统逐步规范集装箱作业流程和标准,确保集装箱运输组织安全。Based on analyzing status and problems of container transportation in Jiexiu Train Crew Depot, this paper puts forward countermeasures of container transport management based on container transport management information system, such as improving container operation standard, strengthening information maintenance of the system, increasing loading quality of container and ensuring freight container safety. Through the practice nearly more than one year, Jiexiu Train Crew Depot gradually standardizes container operation flow and standards and ensures safety of container transport organization by using container transport management information system.
