摘　　要：构建合理高效的城市物流配送体系对于提高城市运输能力、整合城市运输及仓储资源、建设现代化城市物流系统有着积极的意义。文章通过大数据、云计算等技术,基于供应链上下游各个环节上的供给与需求在数量、结构和时间上达到平衡的物流均衡理论,有针对性的研究设计城市物流配送体系的功能结构、总体架构及运行机制,实现配送体系的高端化、集成化,构建出由策划调控层、监督测评层、业务布局层组成的三层结构、高端城市物流配送体系。Constructing the reasonable and efficient logistics distribution system has a positive significance for improving urban city transport capacity, integrated urban transport and warehousing resources, building a modern city logistics system. This thesis studies and designs the functional structure, overall frame and operation mechanism of urban logistics distribution system through adopting big data and cloud computing tech- nology and based on the logistics equilibrium theory in all aspects of supply chain on the balance of quantity, structure and time. And this study also intends to achieve the upgrading and integration of the distribution system, which will build a three-layer structure and high-end urban logistics distribution system consisted of planning regulation, supervision and evaluation and business layer layout.
