摘　　要：为了定量研究城市交通和土地利用之间的一体化规划,首先构建基于Uplan和Emme模型的城市交通与土地利用一体化规划系统;其次通过交通系统与土地使用系统中的相互影响因素来分析其系统中反馈原理和一体化规划思路;最后结合成都市温江区实例,提出不同城市发展政策下的一体化规划,并对其结果进行评价分析,得出最优的城市发展政策。For quantitative research of the integrated planning between urban transport and land use. Firstly, based on the Uplan and Emme model building a integrated planning system of urban transport and land use. Secondly, through the mutual influence factors of the traffic and land use system to analyze its feedback principle and the integrated planning thinking. Finally, combining the actual data of Wenjiang, a district of Chengdu, put forward the different ideas of integration planning under the different urban development policy, then evaluating the results and giving the proper policy.
